Williams Landing is a subdivision located in the East Cobb area of Marietta, Georgia. The small community is made of 9 custom-built homes that were built by Casteel Partners, LLC. The neighborhood was established in January of 2006 and the first home was completed and sold on March 28th, 2006 and the last home was completed in 2014.
Williams Landing is located on one street, Lakeside Drive in Marietta, GA. The road is on a cul-de-sac for limited traffic and three of the homes are adjacent to two small lakes. The Williams Landing HOA purchased the lot between the two lakes in 2004 and currently owns the parcel at the time of this publication.
