Tim Brown

Tim began his licensed Real Estate career in 2008, but has been involved in the industry since the early 90’s. 

His primary focus has always been land acquisitions, land development, and his real love, new residential construction. He also leans heavily to the Luxury end of the market, to include high end condominium sales. 

He was the founder and one of the original partners of The Brown Property Group, a top producing team, whose mission was to provide “Luxury Level Service. Every Client. Every Transaction”.

He has been happily married to his lovely wife, Lyn, for 30 years (Yes!) and has two very gifted children pursuing their college degrees.
