He graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. degree in Finance, Farleigh Dickinson University with an M.B.A. degree in Accounting, Seton Hall University School of Law with a J.D. degree and New York University School of Law with a Master degree in Law. Rick is licensed to practice law in Georgia, Colorado and New Jersey.After spending over 30 years with Philips Electronics North America as in-house counsel during which he was involved in numerous real estate transactions, Rick took early retirement to concentrate on real estate. 

Rick lives in Marietta, GA with his wife Melinda.
