Income Potential –

Information on real estate jobs in Georgia were not available from the NAR. Depending on your skills and work ethic, there is a much larger potential in income. The Georgia Real Estate Commission does not set a cap to income.
Helping Others –
An agent in Georgia is able to help a client at important crossroads. Many people purchase or sell a house when their lives change. These changes are commonly the beginning of another life stage. Agents are available to help their clients through real estate. Agents are able to feel great because of the work they have done for their community.
However, real estate jobs in Georgia are not easy. Early-career agents work longer hours, and client homes are often shown on weekends. Real estate agent income is also seasonal. Due to the seasonality, beginner agents should have a reserve fund of money to tie them over.
