LeShaunda Triplett Ard

LeShaunda grew up a “midwest girl” from both E. St. Louis, Illinois, and the St. Louis, Missouri areas. Later attending Central Missouri State University- currently the University of Central Missouri. Much later, earned a professional designation as a Certified Specialist of Wine. Through the Society of Wine Educators.

The enthusiastic mother of one adult child, Brenden Christopher Twomey. Has approached all of her business endeavors with a nurturing nature.

Experiences, and exposure have shaped the practices of how she operates in her business. With her former husband and son, LeShaunda has spent time living in Wichita, Ks, both central, and south-west Florida, Corpus Christi, and Houston, Tx. Also exploring outside the U.S, on personal trips to Canada, The Bahamas, Mexico, and Bermuda. Along with professional trips to Italy and France. For the whole of LeShaunda’s adulthood, she has not been a stranger to diversity, versatility, and adjustment. Having opportunities to contribute in the fitness, hospitality, and wine industries. Fluidity is the foundation to which she stands on, to provide individual service for her clients.

After Divorcing her then husband of 19 years, LeShaunda made a move to the “city in the forest”, in the great state of Georgia. Quickly she settled down with a unique friend, who is now her extremely supportive husband, Anthony. East Cobb/Marietta is home for the gregarious, charitable, knowledgeable, and athletic couple.

LeShaunda is a full-time, full-service real estate professional with Sellect Realty. Her client/customer centric culture is rooted in adding value, and building unbreakable relationships.
