The required blanks must be completely filled in and a signature or Mark must be in the signature box using blue or black ink. The completed application is then sent to the Cobb County Board of Elections and Registration Office by fax, mail, e-mail, or in person.

Returning a Completed Absentee Ballot
Once you receive your absentee ballot in the mail from the Cobb County Board of Elections and Registration Office, you can either mail the absentee ballot back in or drop it off in person at four different locations throughout Cobb County. The absolute latest that you can send in your absentee ballot will be at 7 PM on the night of the election itself.
