FMLS charges a transaction fee of .0012 of the final contract sales price that the Seller is responsible for paying (a mandatory fee for all homes listed and sold).
Plus, a Buyer's Agent selling commission, if your home is sold to a buyer represented by an agent. It is totally up to the Seller to determine the commission. Most sellers offer 3% of the sales price.
The above fees are deducted from your proceeds on the Settlement Statement, at closing.
